Don"t miss out on this opportunity and apply today! *** Responsibilities-Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget-Review project estimate or plan to determine schedule, estimated job cost, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project-Oversee coordination with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority-Maintain relationships with owners, DOT personnel, consultants, subcontractors, etc.-Set-up project reporting procedures-Develop and monitor the project schedule and budget-Establish construction plans and engineering methods-Negotiate issues of subcontracts and major purchase orders-Understand and enforce contractual responsibilities, contract documents and resolve disputes-Handle all change orders.
This includes negotiating, processing and assessing cost, schedule impacts & preparation of claims.-Prepare/verify and monitor progress billings to owner and from subcontractors-Review of productivity planning and monitoring-Provide performance status reports regarding cost forecasts, schedule and safety-Supervise, mentor, coach and training of project personnel-Ensure project profitability-Involved in all facets of project close-out
