Job description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and self motivated individual with polished communication skills and ability to multitask for our dental office.State of the Art cosmetic / family dental practice.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years Dental insurance claims and billing experience required.
• Experience entering and present treatment with confidence and high success rate.
• Must be very detail orientated, reliable and trustworthy.
• Must be great with patient interaction and customer service. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the #1 aspect of this position.
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Treatment planning and estimated co-payments for patients.
• Examine and analyze patient ledgers to determine proper billing
• Submits dental claims to insurance companies online, by mail, and by fax
• Review EOB’s to ensure all procedures are paid correctly and in a timely manner
• Posting the payments
• Appeal non-paid procedures by either calling or sending a narrative
• Work aging report to ensure all claims are paid properly.
• Communicate with and build a positive relationship with assigned offices by mail, email and telephone to facilitate timely payment of premiums.
• Handling all patient services issues in accordance with company policies
• Increasing patient growth by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs.
• Explaining different payment options to the patients and collection of copayments.
