Overview:
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Wyoming, MN! This position Monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment.This maintenance services schedule includes;
- 80 hours every two weeks
- Full time, Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Responsibilities/Job Description:
- Repairs and maintains physical structure and grounds
- Processes work orders and performs other duties as assigned
- Assists with turnover of apartments for new residents
- All other duties as assigned and directed
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
- Experience with mechanical (HVAC), plumbing, and electrical systems
- One to three years of previous experience
Preferred:
- High school Diploma/GED
