Overview:

This position receives processes and assigns work requests received from customers via the IWMS and directly from emails and phone calls. This includes inputting data and keeping the IMWS system up to date as equipment is installed and removed.

This position also monitors and operates all building systems possible via Building automation systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives and processes all Integrated Work Management System (IWMS) work requests
  • Develops IWMS tasks
  • Inputs building and equipment data into the IWMS
  • Schedules work to appropriate resources in coordination with supervisors and FM policies and processes
  • Receives and processes emergency building requests via phone and email
  • Trouble shoots and corrects facility issues using Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Monitors BAS to detect and correct issues prior to occupants being affected
  • Collaborate with other groups to develop a continuous improvement system for facilities

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to continuously improve the Build automation systems

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • High level of computer skills Must be willing to work shift work and overtime
  • Understanding of principles of work management or use of Integrated Work Management Systems
  • Basic understanding of Building automation systems or other computer based control system
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4 year degree in Building automation systems or equivalent4 years' experience in HVAC system operation and maintenance or formal training in HVAC systems experience in scheduling and tracking work.
