Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Voith Paper is hiring for: Order / Project Manager Appleton, WI Your Tasks: Order Management Duties Define the delivery deadline and prepare the sales schedule for forecasted projects by evaluating the lead times of the critical supply items, the analysis of capacity utilization of the manufacturing teams.
Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of the schedules and delivery dates of each project. Coordinate planning of internal and third parties’ resources.
