Litigation Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is supporting a National firm, recognized for providing top-tier legal services, in the search for an Associate Attorney. We are seeking a passionate and motivated candidate that will assist with all phases of litigation on class action and complex environmental cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all aspects of our complex litigation, including but not limited to case strategy development, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs, conducting legal research, and managing e-discovery.
• Collaborate and consistently communicate with senior attorneys, clients, opposing counsels, court personnel, and experts.
• Gather and assemble high-volume e-discovery.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical and confidentiality guidelines.
• Conduct investigations to obtain detailed case-related information.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admitted and in good standing to the Georgia State Bar.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in environmental law and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multi-faceted case handling with strong attention to detail.
• Candidates must have extensive e-discovery experience.
• Strong proficiency in time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
