Job Description:
Splash Landing Pools and water play area, located next to the Family pool. Splash Café, offers poolside food, cocktails and sweet treats.
As a Splash Server you will provide superior food and beverage service to Resort guests at our pools in a relaxed and friendly, outdoor atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Serve our guests.
- Proof your station. Check for polished silverware, neatness of tables, check for linen spots, holes and placement. Re-set if necessary.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and preparation as well as specials and '86' items.
- Responsible for knowledge of wine list and the service of wine.
- Sell and up-sell items to increase revenue for the restaurant.
- Know setting guidelines, table numbers and overall dining room procedures.
- Responsible for knowledge of the Abacus and all checks opened in your server number.
- Take the customers order, serve the courses accordingly and promptly tender payment of check. Always say farewell to customers as they leave.
- Do any side duties delegated by the Lead Server or Manager on Duty.
- Refer to our guests by name whenever possible.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a food server highly preferred
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have valid RBS certification.

Pay Rate: $16.50/hr + tips
