Key Responsibilities:
- As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Expert proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise Human Capital Management is required.
- Expert proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Configuration & Release Management and Design & Build Enablement is suggested.
- Key Skills and Expertise Requirements: In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM (Human Capital Management). Understanding of Workday functionalities and integration processes. Experience with ShapeIn for talent management or related activities. Proficiency in managing Siemens-specific tools like CHCM, SCD, and GID Maintenance, including manual entry and updates when required. Proficiency with ServiceNow and SolMan ChaRM for issue tracking, change management, and SLA adherence. Excellent communication skills: Must speak and write English fluently to collaborate with a global team.
