Salary: $5,000 – $8,000 per month (Base + Performance-Based Incentives)
About the Position
A well-established automotive dealership in the East Valley is seeking a highly motivated Service Manager / Parts Manager to oversee daily operations, drive service department performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate service and parts teams to deliver top-tier customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and parts sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
- Monitor department KPIs, including productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, order parts, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure a smooth, professional service experience.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a service and/or parts management role within an automotive dealership or auto repair shop.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems (DMS) and service scheduling software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and drive departmental success.
- ASE certification and/or manufacturer training preferred but not required.
Compensation:
- Salary: $5,000 – $8,000 per month (Base + Performance-Based Incentives).
