DESCRIPTION:
Perform account opening and maintenance. Conduct transferring of assets and money movement. Handle cash management and RMDs. Respond to account activity and statement inquiries. Provide top quality service to clients and complete administration of client accounts.Handle operational aspects of client accounts including reporting on account holdings and investment performance, posting daily cash activity, and entering trade instructions. Process all client cashiering requests (money market redemptions, wires, checks, journals, check deposits, etc.). Review daily activity and reconcile current client activity, funds transfers and previous day's activity and trades against various clearing firm systems to ensure accuracy.
Handle client insurance and annuities processes. Assist in preparation of key documents, PowerPoint presentations and reports for client meetings. Attend client meetings as necessary and present client performance. Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for clients.
Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes. Participate in meetings regularly with advisor and team members to assess issues, identify and implement improvements for more efficient operations. Contribute to portfolio construction process by leveraging a fundamental understanding of asset allocation and manager implementation, across traditional and alternative asset classes.
Analyze economic and financial market data to develop and recommend asset allocations and investment implementation through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Develop recommendations and summary emails that reflect investment ideas in a clear and logical narrative, supported by data formulated in charts and tables.
Assist with developing thematic, tactical asset allocation guidance based on macroeconomic environment and market dynamics, and assist in implementing strategic long-term asset allocation via Dollar-Cost-Averaging as planned for new clients.
Collaborate closely with investment product groups to translate such narratives into tangible portfolio implementation decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field. Must have 1 year of experience in the job offered or 1 year of client service experience within the financial industry.
Must have experience in client account reporting including opening and maintenance.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $100,547 to $115,000 per year. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown.In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
