Accounts Payable Clerk

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in the Machinery Manufacturing industry based in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This role involves managing all aspects of accounts payable, including entering invoices, matching PO's, working with inventory, assisting with check runs and month-end reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable.
• Enter invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match purchase orders with corresponding invoices.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate record keeping.
• Assist with check runs and month-end reconciliations.
• Use various software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing.
• Maintain and reconcile account schedules on a regular basis.
• Employ your strong technical skills to optimize accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all financial deadlines are met.
• Utilize your experience in account reconciliation and accounts payable to enhance the efficiency of our financial operations. • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Experience with Check Runs and Coding Invoices
• Strong data entry skills
• Knowledge of Invoice Processing procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software
• Knowledge of SAP software
• Previous experience in a machinery manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
