Project Controls Specialist
Revit is used to generate all structural drawings and details for the project and our models can be used to provide 3D coordination with the entire project team.

Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and have zero to five years of experience. Scheduling software skills such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft are preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required. Typical responsibilities include:
- Assist with the overall Construction administration for large projects
- Process Shop Drawings and Request For Information (RFI) documentation
- Assist with the development, review and maintenance of schedules
- Assist the Project Manager in development and implementation of Project Management Plans
- Assist with Document Control
- Assist Project Managers, Engineers and Construction Managers
- Respond to Construction Bulletins
- Conduct research and development for projects
- Prepare project status and other reports
- Communicate project details
- Attend various meetings including pre-design, pre-construction, professional organization, staff, etc.
- Attend seminars and/or training classes
- Maintain excellent client relations
- Maintain a safe working environment
