Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an SME All-Source Intelligence Analyst! Qualified candidates shall have an in-depth understanding of the current and emerging transportation security adversary landscape as well as its implications for security capabilities and operations.
They shall have experience researching classified and unclassified data sources, conducting all-source strategic analysis, delivering classified briefings, conducting structured outreach with Intelligence Community (IC) experts, experience with CFIUS, and applying structured analytic techniques to inform transportation security risk modeling efforts.

Additionally, candidates should have experience with cybersecurity to meet client expectations in this role.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is a quick learner, asks questions, takes initiative, and produces accurate work. They are proactive, learn and understand the SOPs and complete tasks with no errors. This is a fast-paced environment; successful analysts have excellent time management skills and work well under pressure.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in research, intelligence, and/or threat analysis
  • Must have CFIUS experience
  • Have a focus on emerging and critical technologies as it relates to All-Source production
  • Provide all-source analytical support in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tradecraft standards
  • Research multi-INT sources to include intelligence databases, message traffic, imagery repositories, and publicly available information to identify, document, and report on adversarial programs
  • Perform foundational intelligence production within the Modernized Integrated Database (or subsequent programs) in accordance with established SOPs
  • Produce finished all-source intelligence assessments
  • Provide support to the development of facility characterizations in accordance with SOPs
  • Provide input/evaluation services to collection requirements
  • Evaluate methods and processes and recommend opportunities for efficiency gains
  • Conduct outreach to community experts and mission partners to maintain awareness of community activities impacting AOIs
Education/Certification Requirements
  • A Bachelors degree is required for this position
Clearance Requirements
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active TS/SCI clearance is required. Please be aware that onboarding can take 4-6 weeks for this position.
