We are currently seeking a senior leader who excels in team building, patient relations and operations management. This is a very large, high volume, multi-specialty practice (General, Endo, Pedo, OS) with 28 operatories allowing us to provide a full range of dental healthcare to our patients and requires an experienced leader to drive business growth.
Hours of Operation
Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm
Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm (2x/Mo.)
Qualifications:
So How Can You “Fill” This Role?- Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 4 years of related dental experience
- Servant Leadership: Partnership and collaboration with team and Providers
- Recruit and develop team
- Manage schedule to optimize production
- P&L management experience
- Multi-unit leadership preferred
- 3-5 years' prior management experience
