Project Manager

A Project Manager is needed for a company that produces electronics and HVAC equipment for buildings in the Brecksville, OH area. The Project Manager oversees the installation of a building automation system, ensuring efficient project execution, collaboration with stakeholders, and adherence to safety, quality, and timelines throughout the construction lifecycle.

education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

• Plan construction processes and set performance goals and deadlines.
• Supervise staff, provide constructive feedback, and monitor project progress.
• Track subcontractor material delivery dates and maintain stock levels.
• Implement and enforce safety and quality guidelines.
• Generate daily reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Order necessary equipment and arrange regular maintenance as required.
• Keep the job site safe, clean, and organized.
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for various working groups and stakeholders.
• Assist with project closeout activities.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by the Project Executive.

Skills:

• Knowledge of local safety, quality, and health guidelines for construction sites.
• In-depth understanding of construction operations, processes, and MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
• Resourceful, analytical, and able to handle problems effectively.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate with diverse teams.
