DESCRIPTION**

**Job Summary:**

The Project Manager, based out of Florence, KY, is responsible for leading multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. With at least 3 years of project management experience, the Project Manager facilitates project planning sessions, establishes performance goals, designs project plans, and tracks progress.

This role also involves managing project risks, resolving issues, and communicating status updates to stakeholders.

**In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.

+ Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives.

+ Work with business stakeholders to establish project performance goals.

+ Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.

+ Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members.

+ Monitor and communicate project status to the project team.

+ Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into project plans and timelines.

+ Manage project risks using quality tools to identify areas of risk and work with the team to find solutions.

+ Document and share team learnings with other teams to enhance project success.

+ Maintain project notes, databases, and other records.

+ Communicate with Project Sponsor and other stakeholders on the status of specific projects and assignments.

+ Identify and assign appropriate resources to accomplish project tasks.

+ Guide and coach team members through various stages of the project.

+ Provide developmental feedback to team members.

+ **Project Resource Management** : Develop and manage resource plans (including expenses and headcount) using recommended project management tools and processes.

+ **Project Schedule Management** : Oversee the project schedule using recommended tools and processes to ensure timely completion.

+ **Project Scope Management** : Manage project deliverables using recommended tools and processes to ensure all necessary work is included and completed successfully.

+ **Valuing Differences** : Appreciate and leverage the diverse perspectives and cultures within the organization. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** College, university, or equivalent degree required. **Experience:** Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
