Overview:

IST Management Services is seeking a professional and polished candidate for a Corporate Front Desk Coordinator position! Position additionally includes providing administrative support to other corporate department teams. IST Management is a BPO company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

The position will work out of our corporate office and assist interdepartmentally – this is an on-site role. Main duties will be primary reception, document scanning, administrative tasks as assigned , and entry level human resources tasks.

Ideal candidates will be people-oriented, hands-on critical thinkers who are ready to grow and learn within the corporate environment. This position offers potential promotional opportunities to multiple departments within our corporate office.

IST Management's corporate office headquarters is located in the heart of East Atlanta! Our gorgeous, state-of-the-art building offers employees tons of natural light and sound control, and was completed in 2021. It additionally offers the latest in office tech, a chic cafe providing free snacks and drinks, a heated patio balcony, and a nature trail/walking path.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, occasional overtime

Hourly Compensation: 18.00-18.00 USD, depending on experience and skill-sets

Responsibilities:

  • Reception duties: Maintaining a professional and pleasant demeanor, greeting visitors, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling meetings and managing conference room setups, inventory management, incoming/outgoing mail and package handling, and other tasks as assigned
  • Administrative duties: Compliance reporting, weekly employee and client mail outs, assistance with event planning and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Experience in front desk reception, human resources, events, and/or office administration is preferred
  • Experience in the restaurant/retail/hospitality service industries is a plus
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a positive and helpful demeanor when greeting people on the phone and in person
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Must be computer savvy
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must have access to reliable transportation to and from work

Working Conditions:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pack and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Light walking
