Job Description
  • Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met, and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring that they are aligned with customer demand and production capacity.
  • Monitor and maintain production line efficiency and productivity, identifying and addressing any issues that arise promptly.
  • Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are being followed, and that employees are adhering to all safety guidelines.
  • Train, coach, and mentor production employees to ensure that they are meeting productivity and quality targets.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of production equipment, coordinating with maintenance staff to ensure that equipment is in good working order.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure that all raw materials and finished products are accounted for accurately.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as quality control, supply chain, and logistics, to ensure that production processes are integrated and aligned with the overall business strategy.

The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as food science, engineering, or business) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a production management role within a beverage manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of employees.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality standards, and production best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using production management software.
