## Position: General Manager
### Qualifications:- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years at the GM level.
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in exceeding performance metrics.
- **Team Development:** Strong leadership skills with a focus on team growth and development.
- **P&L Management:** Solid experience in managing profit and loss statements.
- **Sales Volume:** Experience with sales volumes exceeding $4M annually is a plus.
- **Base Salary:** In the $100K range.
- **Bonus Incentives:** Attractive bonus incentive plan in place.
