Accounts Payable Specialist

This role will require immediate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable process
• Manage the accounts payable inbox effectively and efficiently
• Handle the matching, batching, and coding of invoices accurately
• Take responsibility for posting payments in a timely manner
• Communicate with vendors as and when required to resolve queries
• Maintain a systematic approach to processing customer credit applications
• Take charge of maintaining accurate customer credit records
• Use your skills in handling '3 Way Matching', 'Purchase Orders', and 'Payment Processing' effectively
• Apply your expertise in 'Accounts Payable (AP)', 'Coding Invoices', and 'Code Invoices' to ensure smooth operations
• Carry out 'Batching' duties as per the industry standards.
• Experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory
• Knowledge of Matching, Batching, and Coding required
• Experience working with accounting or ERP systems such as SAP, Great Plains, NetSuite, Oracle, etc. preferred
