Responsibilities:
- Manage housekeeping area according to the hotel brand standards
- Oversee all training of housekeeping staff and the management of the housekeeping staff
- Keep up to date with service standards with protocol and polices
- Supervisor will inspect all rooms and when needed clean rooms
- Daily and monthly reports, weekly and monthly inventory of supplies and linen
- Prior housekeeping experience 1-3 years
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holiday
