Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of medium-size projects. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result.
The work model for the role is: Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion Drive Products division.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Leading the project team, establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.

Qualifications for the role- Bachelors degree w/ 4+ years experience OR Associates degree with 7+ years experience in Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of ABBs MODP sales and service strategy.
- 4 years experience in process improvement.
- Ability to lead cross functional team collaboration from project scoping to implementation.
- Strong understanding of the digital modernization tool landscape and best practices for process automation.
- Experience with MODP sales operations preferred.
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
