Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative functions of the office, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to management. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of office duties. Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in office management, administrative, or similar roles.
  • Skills:
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Oversight:

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
  • Maintain records of office expenses and budget management.

Employee Support:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for office staff regarding administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and oversee onboarding for new employees, including arranging necessary office supplies and setting up workstations.
  • Organize office meetings, events, and schedules.

Communication and Correspondence:

  • Handle all office-related correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.
  • Act as a liaison between management, staff, and external vendors or clients.

Human Resources Support:

  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Maintain personnel records, manage office schedules, and handle employee inquiries.

Office Technology:

  • Oversee office software and hardware, ensuring the proper functionality of computers, printers, and other equipment.
  • Liaise with IT support when necessary for troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Project and Process Management:

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring timely completion of office projects and initiatives.
