Five (5) years of experience in product testing and design or R&D development environment working in Electrical Distribution, DER, Renewables, and Microgrid field. Experience must include:
Five (5) years of experience in the following (experience may be gained concurrently):Experience in testing techniques, including HIL and CHIL testing using RTDS real-time systems, power system test equipment, and measurement instrumentation.
Working with microgrid control projects or power systems automation projects or working with PLC programming.
Experience with software, embedded systems, hardware, power systems logic controller, or substation automation controller development.
Programming tools such as Python, SQL, C++, C#, or equivalent.
Experience with product engineering, systems engineering, reliability engineering, failure analysis, systems test engineering, or product quality engineering.
Software requirements, development, and analysis.
Requires a Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a directly related field.
