The Coordinated Specialty Care and Community Integration program
The Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) and Community Integration program provides comprehensive services, including evidence-based pharmacological treatment, supported employment and education services, individual and group psychotherapy, case management, family therapy, and recovery support in the community and clinical settings.This program services individuals ages 15-35 who have an ESMI diagnosis.

Salary: $60000 to $65000 / annually - depending upon education / experience / licensure
Hours:
This is a 40 hour full time benefitted position which includes some evenings required.
Job Summary
The Therapist will plan, organize, and implement clinical social work / counseling services to consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified Supervisor. The Therapist will also plan for discharge and aftercare.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referral
- Maintains treatment records
- The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served
- The individual must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumer’s status in order to identify each consumer’s needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group
- The individual demonstrates knowledge of the stages of change, a wellness and recovery model, and placement criteria as outlined in the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) patient placement guide
Qualifications:
- MSW from an accredited school of social work or Master’s degree in a related counseling field with at least 1 year of experience required
- Clinical license or license eligibility is required
- Must be able to work under required deadlines and schedules while being flexible to special projects and requests
- Must be able to professionally handle stressful situations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency owned vehicle
