You will be involved in the design and modification of processes, development of reports, and execution of small to medium special projects. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

About the Role:

The role will involve Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Functional Testing:

• Validate functionalities to ensure they meet specified requirements.
• Identify, document, and report any defects or issues.

1. Regression Testing:

• Test system updates to confirm that existing functionalities remain unaffected.
• Detect and resolve regressions or unintended outcomes.

1. Integration Testing:

• Verify seamless data flow between systems and modules.
• Identify and resolve integration-related issues.

1. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Work with stakeholders to define test scenarios and conduct UAT.
• Ensure modules meet user requirements and incorporate feedback for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with testing platforms such as SAP, Web/Mobile, Salesforce, Agent Desktop Applications, IVR, Case Management, and Field Operations systems.
• Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Exceptional analytical, defect reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in collaborating with business stakeholders and end-users.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1+ year(s) of hands-on testing experience in similar environments.
