  • Interpersonal Abilities: A friendly demeanor, proactive attitude, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Flexibility: Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities in a nonprofit environment that values community impact.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with nonprofit operations is a bonus but not required
