To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA plus but not required).
• Hands-on experience with inventory management and cost accounting (preferred but not required).

• Strong proficiency in GAAP principles and financial reporting.
• Expertise in financial systems and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.

• Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• A strategic mindset to align financial operations with organizational goals.
