Aspen Personnel Services has been hired to find a Healthcare Project Manager for a local construction company.

Job Responsibilities:

To successfully perform this role, the Healthcare Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading the project team to achieve outstanding project outcomes.
  • Managing project financials, including cost control, productivity tracking, monthly forecasting, and billings.
  • Maintaining a detailed understanding of project scope and owner relationship management.
  • Collaborating with safety directors and superintendents to develop and implement a project-specific safety plan.
  • Identifying and managing project risks and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Creating and maintaining the project schedule alongside the superintendent.
  • Conducting scope and bid package reviews, managing trade partner buy-out, and overseeing ongoing cost management.
  • Supporting company initiatives focused on innovation and Lean project delivery.
  • Assisting with career development for team members and conducting performance reviews.
  • Leading preconstruction efforts with the support of the preconstruction services team.
  • Participating in business development and marketing strategies, including project interviews with the marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of healthcare-related project management experience, including managing projects ranging from $20m to $75m.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to foster positive team morale.
  • Expertise in cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Timberline (Sage 300).
  • Experience with alternate project delivery methods (GC/CM, design-build, CMAR).
  • A desire for professional growth and potential advancement to senior project manager or project executive roles.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $104,000 to $134,000.
  • Annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
  • Vehicle allowance.
