Job Description

Project Oversight:Manage day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to plans and timelines.

Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and conduct site inspections.

Team Management: Supervise construction crew, assign tasks, and ensure safety on site.
Communication: Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
Quality Control: Maintain construction quality standards and oversee inspections and testing.
Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating deliveries and logistics.

Budget Oversight: Monitor project costs, control expenditures, and review contractor invoices.

Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing commercial construction projects within budget and schedule.
Effective Leadership: Strong leadership skills in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative, safety-focused environment.
Clear Communication: Excellent communicator with stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring project updates are clear and consistent.
Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying and resolving challenges to maintain project momentum and quality.
Organizational Ability: Exceptional at managing schedules, resources, and tasks to meet project objectives.

Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in overseeing construction quality, inspections, and compliance with regulations.Self-perform experience

Construction related degree a plus!
