HR Specialist

Seeking an HR Specialist who can own and develop core HR
functions recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee
engagement in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. This is a
high-impact position for someone excited to build processes from
scratch, shape the company culture, and help grow a mission-driven
team dedicated to replacing single-use plastics with safe, pure, and
management
Implement HR policies, maintain compliance with employment laws, and manage HR documentation
Coordinate any payroll or benefits administration, plus performance
reviews
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives
Partner with leadership on organizational design, compensation strategy, and succession planning
Qualifications 2+ years of HR generalist experience (preferably in a fast-paced
environment)
Familiarity with HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build
relationships quickly
Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools is a plus
Passion for sustainability and willingness to adapt in a scrappy
