We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at a fast-paced and exciting technology service-oriented, broad line electronic components distributor company. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting, servicing, and cultivating a worldwide account base by extracting requirements, crafting opportunities, negotiating variables, developing relationships, and closing sales. With your outgoing and motivated attitude, you will make outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts while working jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers, and purchasing to ensure full customer service.

Our demanding and fast-paced field requires someone who can keep up with it, and our ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in B2B sales and 2 years of experience in a sales management position.

Prior experience in wholesale distribution, manufacturing, or sales in the electronic field is preferred, as is familiarity with Zoho and Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospects and develop new accounts.
  • Negotiate with customers to close sales while maintaining appropriate business margins.
  • Learn and remain current on market conditions.
  • Consistently maintain and accurately update the information in the database.
  • Work jointly with the Sales team, other Sales Managers, and purchasing to ensure full customer service.
  • Manage a team of 3-15 Sales Reps.
  • Train new Sales Reps on all required job tasks.
  • Present during onboarding trainings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years Sales Experience in B2B.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales management position.
  • Prior experience as a sales manager in the wholesale distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience in sales in the electronic field is preferred.
  • Outgoing, motivated, and positive attitude.
  • Passion for sales and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment.
  • Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Experience with Zoho and Salesforce is a plus!
