Job Description:
What you will do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail clients, fostering long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans that align with client objectives and SymphonyAI Retail’s offerings, focusing on optimizing value through our AI-driven solutions.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts by promoting new products, services, and enhancements that meet client needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of client projects and resolution of issues.
- Conduct regular account reviews with clients to communicate progress, performance metrics, and areas for improvement, while adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitive landscapes to provide clients with insights and recommendations that enhance their business operations.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal efforts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both SymphonyAI and client partners.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning and growth within the team.
What you will bring to SymphonyAI:
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts within the retail sector or a related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and forge strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in developing strategic account plans and executing them to achieve client and company objectives.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to clients.
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate effectively with senior-level executives.
- A passion for technology and AI solutions and their impact on the retail industry.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in account management or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the retail or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and challenges, with the ability to tailor solutions to address these needs.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and SaaS solutions, with the ability to articulate their benefits and applications to clients.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
