Manufacturing Shipping Specialist

- Proven experience with UPS shipping procedures and international shipping (air, sea, and ground)
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping documentation
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with shipping software and tracking systems

Responsibilities- Prepare and process shipments using UPS and other shipping carriers
- Manage domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all shipping regulations
- Accurately complete customs documentation for international shipments and ensure compliance with import/export laws
- Track and monitor shipments to resolve any delays or issues
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipping operations
- Maintain shipping records and provide accurate reporting to management
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and organizing outgoing shipments
- Troubleshoot and resolve any shipping-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers and vendors regarding shipment status, delays, or special requests
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of orders
