Data Entry Clerk

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry, located in Lombard, Illinois, United States. The candidate will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing data and ensuring its accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual matching of vehicle make and appropriate lane.
• Update and correct Owner names and addresses that exceed 30 characters prior to confirmation.
• Provide support in reviewing and obtaining information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.
• Responsible for monitoring and reviewing traffic images and videos for violations.
• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain customer credit records.
• Handle data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of entered data.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and perform calculations.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer service through email correspondence.
• Make initial approval or rejection decisions for violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.
• Identify and communicate effective methods to enhance operational efficiency.
