We are in the process of recruiting a Front Desk Admin for a real estate and property company located in Baltimore, Maryland, 21202, United States. The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing the front desk and handling administrative tasks related to property management, customer assistance, and government compliance.

This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service
  • Assist customers by answering inquiries and providing information regarding the property
  • Handle leasing consultation tasks, providing accurate and comprehensive information to potential tenants
  • Conduct eligibility verification and employment verification for potential tenants
  • Maintain accurate records related to property management, including tenant information and lease agreements
  • Perform receptionist duties, which may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing mail
  • Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and other government compliance standards
  • Use property management software and tools to manage and monitor tenant accounts and property data. • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in the Real Estate & Property industry
  • Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Demonstrable ability to assist customers effectively and professionally
  • Proficiency in conducting employment verifications
  • Experience in eligibility verification
  • Knowledge and experience in Property Management
  • Capable of handling Receptionist Duties
  • Understanding of Fair Housing laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Government compliance in the Real Estate & Property industry
