Paralegal - Milwaukee

We are in search of a Paralegal with expertise in insurance defense to become a part of our team. The role's primary focus will be on insurance defense litigation, including subrogation and coverage disputes. The selected candidate will be based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of insurance defense, including subrogation and coverage disputes.
• Analyze, organize, and summarize large volumes of information, with a special emphasis on medical records.
• Draft detailed documentation such as timelines and reports for case and trial preparation.
• Proactively manage the scheduling of depositions and other key case events, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Support attorneys in various litigation case management tasks, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Regularly update files, databases, and contact lists, ensuring all information is accurate and readily accessible. • Applicant must have proficiency in handling Medical Records.
• Experience in Medical Records Review is essential.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive Medical Records Analysis is required.
• Familiarity with Insurance Defense practices is a must.
• Prior experience in Insurance Defense Litigation is necessary.
• Knowledge of Subrogation procedures is crucial.
• Experience handling Subrogation Claims is a significant advantage.
