Responsibilities:
Competitive salary starting at $29.11; with a swing shift premium. Night shift. Wage dependent upon skill.
We are currently offering a Retention/Referral Bonus and Monthly Incentive Bonus:

6 months $500
9 months $750
1 year $1000
MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: earn up to $500
As our new Maintenance Technician for Real Alloy, Chicago Heights facility, you will install, repair, construct, test, adjust, and service equipment. Our maintenance technicians maintain production equipment, plant equipment, electrical systems, mechanics, hydraulics, buildings and other equipment.All maintenance technicians need to be driven by our SAFE culture.

Qualifications:
Maintenance Technician requirements include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Heavy fabrication and welding experience desired
- Knowledge of mechanic work required
- General mechanical knowledge required
- MUST pass a drug test
