Responsibilities- Manage and lead the maintenance team, including technicians and staff, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy, including preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Oversee troubleshooting and repair activities for machinery, equipment, and building systems.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including forecasting costs for repairs, parts, and services.
- Establish and manage relationships with external service providers and contractors.
- Evaluate and recommend new equipment or technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of systems and equipment.
