Certified Payroll Administrator
As a Certified Payroll Administrator, you will support the Payroll department through various tasks, including data entry, timecard reconciliation, paycheck distribution, and statement management across multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a system for administering and distributing payroll reports.
Perform accurate data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and faxing as needed.
Create and run custom reports for internal use.
Provide guidance and training to the organization on payroll-related systems, including timesheet entry and online pay statement access.
Ensure accuracy of data entered into spreadsheets and payroll systems.
Communicate with employees regarding timesheet approvals and other payroll inquiries.
Union Payroll
Experience with payroll software is a plus.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
Bi-monthly payroll experience preferred.
Account reconciliation experience is highly desired.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Prior payroll experience is a must.
Ability to follow standard procedures and maintain confidentiality.
