Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our mission-driven work. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task efficiently, and a friendly, collaborative attitude.This role requires strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn. The ability to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner is essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and experience with Planning Center is a plus. This position reports directly to the Vice President.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:- Previous office administration experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Apps, etc.)
- Experience with Planning Center (preferred but not required)
- Welcome visitors and handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage and maintain files, registrations, and records
- Assist with special donations processing and acknowledgments
- Proofread and collaborate with program staff on program materials
- Coordinate and prepare materials for retreatants and program attendees
- Maintain office equipment, supplies, and telephone systems
- Oversee and update the master calendar for events and programs
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
- Assist with mailings to parishes and donors
- Support retreat coordinators for men's and women's retreats as needed
- Participate in special projects and events throughout the year
