Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer will be:
Field Installation and Commissioning:
- Execute on-site installation and commissioning of transformers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan and schedule installation activities.
Testing and Diagnostics:
- Conduct comprehensive testing of transformers to verify their performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for transformers installed at customer sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance to extend the lifespan of transformers and reduce downtime.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all field service activities, including testing results, maintenance procedures, and customer communication.
- Generate comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Field Service Engineer will have:
- Two-year technical degree in electronics, electrical, engineering, or equivalent
- 2+ years of test/troubleshooting experience in the field of Industrial Electronics, Power Electronics is preferred.
- Experience of PLC Programming is a Plus
- Knowledge of High Voltage Electronics is highly preferred
