We will count on you to:
Facilitate the planning, scheduling, and successful completion of Mercer Super's Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) rolls from drafting to publicationCollaborate with the Product Management team and wider Mercer Super team to deliver the Annual PDS roll
Manage ad-hoc disclosure requirements outside of the Annual PDS roll
Engage stakeholders, including third parties and vendors, to ensure deliverables are met accurately and on time
Develop and maintain processes and tools related to product activities while adhering to regulatory obligations and finding efficiencies in executionReview and provide input into disclosure-related material in accordance with legislative and internal policies and procedures
Optimise the use of Objective Keystone in Mercer Super
Maintain the PDS library and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare instructions and training related to disclosure activities
Provide support for broader product-related activities
Manage risk and incidents effectively
What you need to have:
Tertiary qualifications in communications, business, or a financial services-related discipline (preferred)At least five years experience in Financial Services, particularly in Superannuation or Insurance
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with regulatory requirements within the superannuation and/or insurance industries
Strong communication and writing skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
