Job Description

The Construction Lead Superintendent will be responsible for:

Lead the on-site management of multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking to completion.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, site safety, and quality control.
Ensure all projects meet or exceed client expectations for quality and timeliness.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve challenges effectively.
Maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Lead Superintendent candidates will possess the following:

5-7+ years years of Superintendent experience (running projects start to finish as the lead)
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related preferred (or relevant experience)
Has a valid MA-CSL
Project experience in one of their core markets: multifamily or mixed use
Experience working locally around Boston or South shore preferred
Ability to communicate with subcontractors and other project team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment
Ability to mulitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
