Responsibilities:

What You Will Do
  • Support project managers in the financial management of a portfolio of projects.
  • Create, submit, and receive purchase order requests to customers and from vendors for work necessary to complete project scope of work.
  • Assist all project managers/supervisors with prompt and accurate billing on their projects; interact with the Accounting Department to ensure that billing is done accurately and timely
  • Support project closeout, including involvement in project deliverable requirements and financial reconciliation.
  • Work with all departments to track status updates on projects
  • Assist project managers in work order/construction planning activities
  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties as required to support project completion.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What You Will Need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Business education with some financial training or financial focus.
  • Candidates must possess a positive can-do attitude with a willingness to see the big picture, excellent work ethic and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Telecom industry is a plus, specifically AT&T wireless projects.
  • Ability to provide proactive internal & external support to the project managers and operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at executive/management level and at an operational level
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills necessary. Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP formulas, etc.) preferred.

Working Conditions

Requires the ability to sit for extended periods, stand, bend, walk, communicate via telephone, computer and/or face-to-face contact, vision to monitor, and use basic office equipment such as a personal computer, copier and fax machines regularly during work.

May be required to operate vehicle for Company business. Work is performed predominately in an office environment but may require to be in the field as needed.

Expected compensation includes 55,000-75,000 per year and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individual’s education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
