Business Analyst/Loan Processor requires:

• Processor role
• recent college graduates 2019-2020
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word) with focus on Excel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication.
• Must think independently to resolve unique issues.
• Must be able to handle highly demanding external counterparties and internal clients such as trading desks and platinum accounts.
• Able to effectively analyze legal documentation such as credit agreements.
• Understanding of capital market operations and syndicated loan trading preferred but not required.
• Understanding of LSTA Par and Distressed documentation preferred but not required.

Business Analyst/Loan Processor duties:

• have a high degree of organizational ability, client-facing skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Efficiently close par documents within the loan market and ensure all closing documentation are within Loan Syndication Trading Association’s (LSTA) guidelines.
• (Manage a trading portfolio of 250 to 400 outstanding trades from trade date until settlement date.
• Provide manager with daily updates on activities and potential problems.
• Gain a strong understanding of Loan Syndication Trading Association documents and procedures.
• Draft legal documentation related to trading within the guidelines of Loan Syndication Trading Association.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agent banks to facilitate faster settlement of loan trades.
• Consistently meet and maintain quantitative metrics goals to maintain fast settlement times and a very low rate of errors.
