About Our Client

Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates of construction projects based on architectural drawings and specifications.
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to gather the information necessary to produce accurate estimates.
- Participate in the negotiation and awarding of contracts.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Assess cost-effectiveness of products or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids as the project develops.
- Conduct risk analysis for tenders and projects.
- Present cost estimates to stakeholders as required.
- Maintain records of estimated vs. actual costs for future reference.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Estimator should have:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to estimate all divisions.
- Ability to estimate conceptual & hard bids.
- An eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as cost estimating software and database software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. (ideal - not required)
- A competitive salary in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 USD.
