Resident Engineer to work on Nassau County Department of Public Works roadway resurfacing projects. Ten years’ experience on similar construction projects. Must be conversant with County specifications (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all activities of the project and ensure full compliance to project plans and specifications.
- Oversee inspection personnel.
- Ensure all reports, documentation, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction inspection
- 3 years of experience working as a Resident Engineer
Certifications/Licenses:
NICET IV or equivalent

Compensation: $135,000.00 per year
Base pay offered for this New York based role may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.This information is provided in accordance with NY Senate Bill S1326.
