Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Utilize accounting software systems such as 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports for efficient operation
• Ensure accurate processing and recording of company's transactions, including auditing and budget processes
• Monitor customer credit applications and maintain accurate records
• Resolve any customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Conduct annual audits in collaboration with external audit firms
• Maintain an effective relationship with the team, promoting a proactive and supportive work environment
• Utilize accounting tools like MRP or ERP systems for efficient financial management
• Use Flocast for keeping track of work benches and more
• Work closely with the CEO to drive the company's financial strategy and planning. • Proficiency in 3M manufacturing processes
• Familiarity with various Accounting Software Systems
• Experience in ADP - Financial Services
• Proficient in CRM management
• Ability to utilize Crystal Reports effectively
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
