Outbound Customer Service Representative - Farmingdale

What you will do:

• Focus on outbound calls only
• Calling potential customers from lead lists to generate interest in plumbing and electrical.
• Contacting existing customers to schedule routine maintenance appointments.
• Following up on customer inquiries or service calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Explaining pricing and service options to customers
• Handling customer concerns and resolving issues where possible
• Maintaining accurate customer information in the company database

What you bring:

• 2+ years of customer service within a call center
• Sales and service-oriented
• 2+ years of call center experience, preferred
• 2+ years of office experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
• Flexible availability, reliable transportation
• Computer/ software knowledge a plus
